The Reverse mentoring company engaged Instone to assist with the rebranding of his reverse mentoring programme. This included the redesign of key marketing materials, such as pamphlets and social media infographics, with a focus on building a more cohesive and engaging brand presence
Instone successfully delivered a rebranding strategy, as outlined in the Reverse Mentoring Brand Guide. The new brand highlighted key attributes such as collaboration, innovation, and mutual growth, supported by a modern visual identity using the colours Congress Blue and Tree Poppy. This reinforced the professionalism and dynamic energy of the reverse mentoring approach. The materials, including a detailed brand guide and slide deck, presented a cohesive message that empowered both junior and senior employees
