What it is

We turn a signed strategy into a campaign ready to launch: its visual language and its iconic image, the channels it runs on, and the order in which it unfolds. Every visual decision earns its place by serving the story it was built to express.

Best suited to

Organisations with a settled strategy, ours or their own, who need the visual direction and the plan to launch built by a specialist before production begins.

The method.

Every InStone campaign runs through six phases, in order, each ending at a gate that is signed before the next begins. Creative Development covers III and IV.

  1. Strategic Direction →

    I

    Direction

What must change. Who must change.

    II

    Meaning

    Why they should care.

  2. Creative Development

    III

    Expression

    How it should feel.

    IV

    Activation

Where and when it meets the audience.

  3. Campaign Delivery →

    V

    Delivery

    Execute without strategic drift.

    VI

    Evaluation

    Measure. Learn. Inform.

Phase III

Expression

Translates the locked narrative into a coherent visual and sensory language. Every visual decision earns its place by serving the meaning it was built to express.

You receive

  • Visual Direction Overview
  • Key visual references
  • Iconic Image concept

The gate you sign

Does the visual direction clearly reinforce the narrative and emotional intent?

Phase IV

Activation

Defines where, when and how the campaign meets the audience. Channels must support real behaviour, not assumed behaviour. Timing builds momentum in the right order.

You receive

  • Channel Strategy Summary
  • Campaign Timeline Overview

The gate you sign

Are the chosen channels and timing capable of reaching the audience and driving the defined behaviour?

See all six phases on the Strategy page.

Before we talk.

Questions about the method as a whole are answered on the Strategy page.

After one conversation. We scope the work with you, then put the scope, the timeline and the price in writing before anything begins. No hourly rates, and no surprises once it is under way.

Creative Development builds on a signed goal, audience and story. If you have them already, we check that they hold in the first conversation and start from there. If they do not, we say so and recommend starting with Strategic Direction.

This service sets the direction: the visual language, the iconic image, the channels and the timeline. Producing the materials and running them is Campaign Delivery, or your own team's work from the direction we hand over.

A named senior strategist owns it from the first conversation to the final sign-off, supported by a small team. We do not subcontract strategic work or rotate junior staff onto your project.

It starts with a conversation.

Tell us what you are working on, and we will tell you where to start. The scope, the timeline and the price follow in writing, before any work begins.
