Annual invoicing
Single annual invoice per contract year. Quarterly available on Department and Enterprise. Net 30 standard, net 60 on request.

SAML 2.0 and OIDC. Included at Department and Enterprise, optional at Team.
Data handling
Reader data is minimal: name, email, seat allocation. No tracking pixels in the brief. DPA available on request.
Seat management
Admin console for Team tier and above. Add, remove, reassign seats in-cycle. No per-move fees.
Renewals
Annual renewal with 30 days notice. Price-lock available on multi-year contracts.

No. Seats are named. The Admin console lets you reassign a seat in-cycle without fees, which covers staff changes cleanly.
Yes. Department and Enterprise include all eight by default. At Team tier, up to three briefs are included; everyone sees the same three.
Seat count is locked for the contract year. Pricing rebases at renewal to your new headcount tier.
A standard DPA is available on enquiry. Enterprise contracts support custom MSA and DPA negotiation.
A two-week team pilot is available at Team and Department tiers. Your seats read the real Sunday issues. No invoice until you confirm.
