One 60 minute call to scope the field, the decision horizon, the stakeholders you care about, and the signals that matter. We come out of it with a one-page brief definition.

Sourcing setup
We build the source list: official institutions, trade publications, primary actors, adjacent regulators. You approve the list. This becomes the foundation every issue is built from.

Pilot issue
The first issue runs as a pilot. You read it, mark it up, tell us what is signal and what is noise. We tune the structure. No subscription fee until the pilot is approved.

Yes, for the first 12 months. The rate we agree during your intake is locked for as long as you remain subscribed. If we later open the field to public subscribers, you keep your original rate even if the public price is higher. You funded the field; you should never pay more than the readers who arrived after.
Yes. The structure is fixed; the field can evolve. Minor scope shifts are handled in-cycle. Major pivots warrant a short recalibration call.
A named InStone analyst owns your brief end-to-end. You know who is writing it. They know your field.
We tune and re-pilot at no additional fee. Subscription only begins when you approve. If the second pilot still misses, we refund the setup.
Yes. Team access is scoped during the intake call: you tell us how many people should receive each issue, we agree the price, and every named recipient is added to the send. Seat swaps mid-year (a colleague joins or leaves) are handled by a quick email, usually within the same working day.
