Any recipient can reply to a brief with a question. The named analyst who wrote it reads and responds.
Common questions
Team covers up to 10 seats and is self-serve on the website. Above 10, a short call is faster than a checkout form: you tell us the shape, we agree the price, we invoice. Ten is the practical break; if you want 8 seats but prefer an invoice, book the call anyway.
For team subscriptions, one purchase covers one brief for the seats you buy. If you want three briefs shared across the same team, that's three subscriptions on the same card. For organisation contracts, mixing briefs is standard and we scope it during the call.
No. Each seat is one named email so we can honour unsubscribes correctly under UK GDPR. Sharing a login-style credential isn't a thing here — the brief just arrives in each named inbox.
Email info@instone.one with the departing seat and the replacement email. We swap the recipient the same working day. Billing stays on the same card, no fee.
Yes. Any team subscription starts with 14 days free, cancel any time before day 14 and you will not be charged. Organisation contracts include a short paid pilot period agreed during the intake call.
A standard DPA is available on request for organisation contracts. Team subscriptions rely on the standard terms shown on the site's Terms page.
